Mental illness is due to depression and stress and mainly affects the winter weather. Time or days are changes. Symptoms include feeling sad or lonely, feeling tired, not getting a powerful nap, and when appetite disturbs your daily activities. Seasonal affective disorder is caused by stress, or due to environmental factors. 

Post-traumatic stress illness(PTSD):

Mental health disorders can affect any individual or any part of the age. Any accident or incident can cause this mental illness issue. This illness may be for a short or a long time, but sometimes it is for life long. It includes symptoms like memory loss and thoughts about that incident or accident caused by any traumatic accident or event.

Personality disorder issues:

Personality disorder issue is a type of mental health in which a person is confused with the person’s identity through shape or any characterization. Symptoms include close relationships being broken, emotional, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. This illness is caused by several environmental, social genetic issues. This illness is easily cured by counseling.

Suicidal attempts are a serious mental illness which is also known as self-harm due to mood swings and depression. This is very harmful to their own identity.
